A chi serve e perché
Commercialisti e dottori commercialisti. Ogni anno entra in vigore una nuova legge di bilancio. Ogni anno escono circolari che si sovrappongono, modificano, a volte contraddicono quelle precedenti. Con AAIA-RAG-LEGAL si carica il corpus normativo fiscale rilevante e il sistema rileva automaticamente le tensioni introdotte da ogni nuovo documento rispetto a tutto ciò che esiste già. Il risultato non è una risposta: è un report strutturato di incoerenze, classificate per categoria, con audit trail pronto per essere esibito al cliente o all'Amministrazione.
Avvocati e studi legali. Un modello linguistico generalista risponde con piena confidenza anche quando sbaglia. Il 19 maggio 2026, su una query reale, il modello frontier di riferimento ha citato una pronuncia delle Sezioni Unite attribuendola all'anno 2004: la sentenza esiste, ma è del 2020. Sedici anni di scarto, nessuna segnalazione. Nella stessa sessione, il 43% delle asserzioni della risposta non era ancorato a fonti verificabili. Who needs it and why
Accountants and tax professionals. Every year brings a new budget law. Every year the tax authority issues circulars that overlap, amend, and sometimes contradict the ones before them. With AAIA-RAG-LEGAL the relevant tax corpus is loaded once. Every time a new document enters, the system automatically detects the tensions it introduces against everything already indexed. The output is not an answer: it is a structured report of inconsistencies, classified by category, with an audit trail ready to be shown to the client or the tax authority.
Lawyers and law firms. On 19 May 2026, on a real legal query, the leading frontier model cited a Court of Cassation judgment attributing it to the year 2004. The judgment exists — but it dates to 2020. Sixteen years off, no uncertainty signalled. In the same session, 43% of the response's assertions were not anchored to verifiable sources. AAIA-RAG-LEGAL catches all of this before the response reaches the practitioner. It is not an assistant that answers: it is a system that stands behind its answer.

The draft bill is loaded before the parliamentary process: the system immediately identifies where it creates tensions with existing norms, article by article, classified by type of conflict. No system in the world offers this function today. Whoever uses it first redefines what legislative quality means.
